How a project runs

Five steps, each with something you can file.

01

Brief & scope

Written scope: style, size, materials, quantity range and target date.

Send sketches, a tech pack or reference photos; we flag anything unclear before quoting.

02

Design & quote

Costed proposal with material options and a sampling schedule.

You get the assumptions in writing, so internal approval is straightforward.

03

Sample approval

Physical prototype plus photos and measurement notes.

Revisions are tracked against the approved sample, not against memory.

04

Bulk production

Production start confirmation with inline checkpoints.

Fabric, trim and colour are checked against the signed-off sample during the run.

05

Inspection & shipping

Inspection record, needle detection record and carton marks.

Packing follows your retail or campaign requirement, with documents shared before dispatch.

Materials & craft

What the plush is actually made of.

Rolls of soft plush fabric stacked in a workshop

Fabric

Surface chosen for how it feels in the hand and how it holds colour.

  • Soft velboa and fleece options
  • Woven blends for structure
  • Colour matched to your reference

Filling

Stuffing balanced between a squeezable feel and a shape that survives shipping.

  • Polyester fibre for softness
  • Weighted pellets where needed
  • Firmness matched to prototype

Embroidery & print

Faces, logos and fine detail applied with the method that holds up best.

  • Embroidery for features
  • Heat transfer and screen print
  • Placement checked on sample

Small-part and trim safety is reviewed at the sample stage, and the final material list is confirmed in writing before bulk production.

Working together

Questions buyers ask before the first call.

If your question is not here, send it with your brief — we would rather answer it before quoting.

How is the minimum order set?

It is confirmed per style after sampling, because fabric, trim and packing all change the run size. Send your target quantity with the brief and the quote will match it.

Can we start with one sample?

Yes. Most projects start with a single prototype, then move to bulk once the sample is signed off against your notes.

Can we reorder without resampling?

Repeat orders run against the approved sample record, as long as materials and trim stay unchanged.

How are files handled?

Artwork stays with the project team, sample photos are shared privately, and a confidentiality agreement can be signed before files are released.

Next step

Send us your sketch.

A photo of a reference sample works too. We will tell you what we need to quote it properly.
